Not only did I go to the grocery store in the bitchiest mood ever, I went HUNGRY and I went on a SUNDAY, the Sunday during a holiday weekend (Memorial Day weekend) with my 3 and 4 year old. By the time we left I should have bought some face wrinkle cream, hair dye and lavender. I swear, I aged, grew more gray hairs and had an anxiety attack all in that one hour.

CJ made it all better though, we went to Rita's with the boys that evening. I got  a gelati; 'Florida orange ice and vanilla custard' YUM!

I find so many interesting things to read about online. I just finished reading an acneticin review and wow—I learned a lot about acne! I read many reviews when I prepare to write an article for a client. I don’t use the reviews as references but the reviews do help me understand the topic much better than some of the ‘reputable’ sites I find.

I learn some disturbing things too…I’ll share my findings in a separate post. Yea, it’s that good it needs it very own blog entry!

I'm a little late but 'Spring' cleaning is on the horizon. I am actually going to have the carpets in the living room and dining room professionally cleaned. They were installed in 2006 and have never been steam cleaned.

On the same note, I really want new furniture. Our sofa and love seat are falling apart. I've been looking at more modern sofas lately but I'm not sure if something modern would fit in this house--it's an older brick home. I suppose I can make the inside look any way I want though, huh?

I am still being a slacker when it comes to work and sifting through pictures and videos from our trip. We didn't take too many pictures or videos this time, at least not as many as we usually do anyway. I even had an extra video card with me; man, I guess I have been a slacker for a long time, LOL

 Life has been crazy and 'unbalanced' ever since we've returned. Wonder if things will ever be the same...

I am trying desperately to gt back into the 'work groove' but man it's tough! Now that vacation is over I am back to writing articles on stomach fat loss, weight loss and fitness; at least this week.

I am thankful I work from home but work is work and I have days, just like anyone else, where I dread working. Some days I just want to play. I did get one thing accomplished today--I got our October Disney trip planned and made dining reservations, LOL

I spent a great deal of time looking into different diet pills that work because I thought I needed help losing weight. I knew we'd all eat like kings in Disney and well, we sure did! We even had a 'Volcano' at the Rainforest Cafe!


Here's the funny part: I LOST weight while ON vacation. Sure, I overindulged when it came to food, I was on vacation! BUT--I walked constantly! This just goes to prove that exercise IS the key.

Surprisingly, we spent a lot of time at the pool at Bay Lake Tower. It wasn't too big but it was nice and relaxing!


It was hot in Florida; in fact, it was supposedly 'unseasonably hot' for the time of year we were there. Temps were in the 90's and of course I broke out. I didn't take use any acne treatments and I suffered for it - at least my face did.

I'm really looking forward to our next trip!

We're home from Disney and wow, did we have a blast! One of the best times was shopping in Downtown Disney. There is so much to do in that area but we only got to check out the Marketplace, due to time factors. The kids had fun spending their gift cards.


This store had one of those nifty barcode scanners, I think it was a Symbol LS2208 model. Those things really come in handy. Between Disney Dollars and gift cards we actually didn't spend too much money shopping!
