I haven't been sleeping well and I know the main reason is stress. My thoughts won't stop long enough for me to get any sleep. I hate this ad I wish I could just turn them off and forget, forever.
I'm also uncomfortable lately--I'm thinking a comfort u body pillow might help. I used to sue one when I was pregnant and it really helped me sleep because it was so comfy.
Anyway, life is what it is, right?

I have a hard time sleeping too. Can't get to sleep and then once I do I have a hard time staying asleep. Maybe I should try one of those pillows. ;)
