I've been doing my best to exercise every day. I've been using the treadmill for about 40 minutes a day. That's about 2 miles and 500 - 600 calories burned. Exercising makes me hungry - hungrier than normal. My stupid thought process was, "Oh, I burned 600 calories on the treadmill so I can eat those 2 pieces of pizza."
What did that get me? A great way to realize how to MAINTAIN my weight but I didn't lose anything. I think maybe it's time to trade in the treadmill for a nordictrack audiostrider 990 pro or something.
I just want to be able to go to the pool on vacation and not feel so self conscious. Check out the pool at Bay Lake Tower in Disney:
