When I work I drink - a lot. Usually coffee in the morning and then iced tea throughout the day. I know, I should be drinking water...well, my latest obsession is chocolate milk. Yesterday in less than an hour I had downed 3 glasses of chocolate milk in a matter of 30 minutes!
Something tells me I will not be losing 20 pounds before our Disney vacation if I keep going at this rate! All we have is a treadmill, none of that fancy commercial fitness equipment so the only option I have is to walk my ass off, literally, before April!
I hear lipozene helps to get rid of body fat. Anyone know?
